Anyone get activesync and XP sp3 to work together? my activesync will not open, but it will connect to the Q50, crash, connect let me load the Q50, crash, let me load the Q50....

it appears that on MS site there are many issues with this activesync 4.5... I have 4.1 loaded and it will work fine with XP Sp3, but NevoStudio Pro cannot interface with 4.1. The Q50 however will connect just like you would with a Memory stick with 4.1 and you can see all the file loaded in the q50.. it is like a CE Windows device. Folders with MS stuff, and EXE's for the menus and stuff. Never saw were the actual load from NevoStudio was at however.

I am runnning a Dell XPS with XP Sp3

All good on dell latitude D830. Win XP Pro SP3 AS 4.5.0 build 5096.

Check for .net install. need to have 1 and 1.1 service pack. Maybe 2 as well.

Do you have a 3g (wireless internet) usb modem?

I got my 45 working finally. I removed it and installed 41.. then just overlayed 45 over it like an upgrade. Seems to work normal now and no more crashing. The connection in ActiveSync with 4.5 also shows the file in the Nevo device.
