I have a Nevo SL which has hard a hard life (I have 4 kids) and I need some replacement case parts - the end that covers the IR transmitters is missing and the whole assembly is coming apart at the sides (haven't really investigated this yet). Can I order replacement case parts from dealers? Anyone done this?

They do not keep extra parts, they just throw away bad units. I ran into this when a customer cracked their screen and I tried to replace it. They did how ever cover it under warranty, which I thought was pretty darn nice and so did my customer
