Is it possible to run a configuration (Nevo s70) in the emulator mode from NevoStudio Pro within voltage/video sensors and Nevo Connect s-50
and using "if then else" statements ?

No - its not possible because their is no IP to ZWave bridge to connect your PC to the NevoConnect. Their no also no connection from the Emulator via the USB Connection.

This is something that I have asked Nevo about.

It is a little harded than you might expect but they are looking int it.

It may be something like have the remote connected to the PC then run the emulator. This is only speculation. We can only wait and see.

After thinking about this a little while, I think if Nevo could enable this feature it would save you guys (the integrators) lots of time on job sites and probably keep the ZWave network more intact than reloading programming everytime you make a change.

It would require Nevo to enable NSP to send commands to the NevoConnect via the USB port and if you had more than one NevoConnect in a system, then a USB hub could be used. Then with this setup, the install could test out all of his macros, codes, and sensors, RS232 Codes at the rack with his laptop connected to the NevoConnects and once everything is working, download the configuration to the remotes and call it a day.

I'm going to post this feature request on Nevo's site and if more of us post then it could likey come out in a future release if enough of us ask for it.
