My SL started to act up so I did the usual reset and charged it up. It worked for a few minutes the next day but then went blank. Reset does nothing, recharging does nothing. Any ideas? Are there any other reset sequences, like a full reset?
I bought it used three years ago so no support available except from the good people here. Hoping there is something I've missed.

i would suspect a bad battery.
when it worked the other day, did you happen to notice the battery level?

It warned of a low battery much sooner than usual so I reset it and then charged it. It does sound like a bad battery. What options do I have for that?

its not a user servicable battery as far as I know. I've just sent my first bad SL back to Nevo for battery replacement. I'm not sure how you would go about it since you bought it used. Maybe find a dealer in your area that will send it in for you?
