I have the binary codes for one of my devices. Can I enter this code into the Add/Update Hex Code portion of StudioPro, or, do I first have to convert this binary IR code into a Hex code? If so, how do I do that?

For example, here are the codes that I have for my screen:

Up: 1111 0000 0001
Down: 1111 0000 0100
Stop: 1111 0000 0010

Can these values be directly entered into StudioPro or do I need them in a different format?

Thanks,

AramB

Try them. If you need to convert them, that's pretty easy using the Windows calculator in scientific mode.

(I thought your Q50 was defective and had to go back?)
