At first I was a bit skepticle about this WiFi thing. I have installed about 10 Nevo's so far and in about half the cases there was no network jack at the stereo trunk (obviously not prewired by my company). Anyway, I was able to drop a wireless router behind the stereo gear and simply create a small wireless LAN dedicated to just the Nevo and the NevoLink.

The other thing I got to thinking was, since it uses WiFi and since the Nevo is CE based, it seems to reason that devices could also send status to the Nevo. This would be especially handy when powering up or down the components. It would be nice if the Nevo could determine if a component is already on so that it doesn't issue a Power IR code and vice versa.
