I am new to Nevo remotes. I have installed the software but my PC says it does not recognize the device. Any ideas on what I need to do?
Your help is appreciated! Logan

Which operating system are you using? And is your computer not detecting the connection at all, or just not recognizing the connected device?
The Windows Mobile Devices Services (I think that's what it's called) needs to be installed.

Thanks for the quick response. I have Windows Vista. It notifies me when I plug the USB in that it can not recognize the device.
I will try to install the Windows Mobile Device Services.
Thanks!

And the the switch on the remote needs to be all the way in the top position. On the Q50, it is a 3 position switch. Top is ON, Middle is for Diagnositics/Factory Support, and bottom is Off.
If its in the middle or off position, the PC will not recognize the remote.
