thats why i wire the nevo connect and keep it behind the tv instead of with the equipment (over cat5)

so no matter how far your equipment is , you still have good reception .

What do you do for whole house control, including a patio/pool area?

To fulfill the needs of my clients,as well as myself,I need at least a 90ft range with the ability to add more antenna/receivers if needed with all equipment located in a common, remotely located rack.

A processor that stores macro's like an msc-400 or rp-6/xp-8 would also be beneficial.

I'm beginning to like a lot of the features that Nevo offers.

I'm just not sure if they are offering offer everything that I'm used to.

Is it primarily designed as a one room solution?
Every day is a good day.......some are just better than others!

Proud to say that my property is protected by a high speed wireless device!

since its based on zwave,
any additional zwave devices will extend your range ,
including zwave light switches . .

its even got a nifty lil option in the remote to optimize zwave network frm the remotes settings . . to get u best range

besides that, you can use multiple Nevo Connects (the bast) with one remote to extend the range or control multiple rooms etc . .

when you mentioned keeping all your equipment in a rack in a closet somewhere,
just like i said , keep a nevo connect base local in each room, with all emitters etc run over cat5 back to equipment closet . .
