No delays, but macros (and all screen functions) seem soooo slow... Anybody else? I have programmed 5 so far and the fact that NevoLink has to be connected to WiFi router just to relay IR, bugs the Living Crap out of me. AND many of the preprogrammed codes from mynevo don't work or don't have some important (commonly used) functions.

Tips/Tricks anyone?
Animated .gifs?
other buttons (I know how to make them and I will share)?
speeding up this thing?
Maybe we can post design stuff on my website if we need the space until they get something up here (like pronto's)
www.avintel.com

Any other suggestions?

Have you got power saving mode turned on in wifi settings? When I tried using this it slowed things down considerably - now I leave it as disabled.

nope. my only problem was it sucking back all the juice in a matter of a few hours. but i was able to turn off the wifi all together fixing the problem completely. i also downloaded the upgrade for the heck of it -that might help...? you mentioned having to have it go through wifi just to use IR? do you mean when using devices in a different room? if not then you dont need wifi at all.

if i had to choose one tip/trick to offer it would be to save all your macro's as shortcuts before programming them to devices... will save you ALOT of time.

also, this probably seems like a no brainer but i just figured it out and again would have saved me a ton of time - if you want to change all your buttons to a different kind or all the font size or whatever for all the buttons on a page -highlight all the buttons you want to change, then change the font or whatever in the properties window -i was doing them all one at a time!!

Yeah, I was doing the same thing too. Edited everything one button at a time then I figured out I could highlight all of the buttons and then change the properties.

If you want a good source of background pictures go to allposters.com. Their samples images fit almost perfectly on my NSL and I just edit the borders to get the full image.
