Why is it that people will spend hundreds of dollars on a remote and base station, only to beg an authorized retailer of a product like this to "give it to me cheap"? If you want cheap or free, go to a yard sale. We Dealers spend a lot of our own money and time in training to be allowed to represent and sell these products. It may not really matter to some of you, but selling products at MSRP is how we pay our bills and feed our kids.
On top of that, most manufacturers make us sign agreements that dissuade us from selling online, or at the cheap price you want to pay. Most of those manufacturers will cancel a Dealer agreement if the Dealer is caught selling products like this.
Think about this next time you want something cheap: either pony up and spend the money to do it right, or get a better job, so spending $75.00 won't hurt so bad. I, for one, won't lose my Dealer status, just to give you a bang-up one-time deal, just so you can save some money.
