Hi All, can somebody shed some light on this :
I have just received my first Nevo Q50, so I loaded the software on my Vista laptop (all went well), updated software (all went well) plugged in the USB cable to my fully charged Q50, (all seemed to be going well) windows mobile pop-up appears on top of Nevo Studio Pro, the MAC Address of the Q50 gets breifly displayed at the bottom right hand side of Nevo Studio Pro then displays "Nevo Not Connected" and the Windows Mobile pop-up stays displayed on the laptop screen displaying "please wait while Windows Mobile Device Center Starts"
this display stays forever unless I "Control Alt Del"

I'm using WinXP with Active Sync so it's a completely different experience but I found that if the Q50 goes to sleep too quickly when connected to my laptopn it will cause active sync to lock up like you describe. You may want to make sure the Q50 is staying awake.

Thanks for your reply, I have experienced this when it does decide to connect but not all the time, at times it connects everytime, but the last time I had to remove the sync association between the Q50 and my Vista laptop!
