I can't seem to connect to Nevo to register my software (and take advantage of all the features). Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm having the same issue; in fact the menu item (Help, Register Online) is grayed out. Anyone know what I did wrong?

I can register with my wife's laptop (CAT5-connected to home network same way as I am) but not with mine. Have uninstalled and reinstalled per Nevo tech support, have made sure firewalls are off per Nevo tech support, still no joy.
Love the software, though! Light-years ahead of Pronto, much better than RTI IMO...

Yes, the best software by far, of any remote I have worked on.
Something else is blocking it. Check other stuff: McAfee, Norton, IE if it has high-security settings, etc.
Only time I have seen it greyed out is when you do not have a current internet connection. Happened to me today, while on my laptop, without a current internet connection.
