Meet with Amy from Nevo and she mentioned that UEI will replace any battery for $35.00 US plus shipping. In the two years that Nevo has been out, they have only replaced 2 batteries. This may be due to the fact that no one bothered to ask what it cost to replace the battery. Hope this helps
