i dont know. but in my experience with this unit i owuldnt put ANY emphasis on buying from a local dealer. all the support you need for it will be found right here on this forum. a local dealer will have to send it away for warranty puposes anyway, so nothing convenient there. i bought locally when i bought mine and paid more for it. now i wish i hadnt as i havent seen or tt them since, and i could have saved a couple hunnys by ordering from dave d'arche at remote quest.
(i'm in toronto BTW)

I have one in Winnipeg with a NevoLink...opened..but is brand new...have all boxes and original documentation.

I used the wifi solely, and the batterfly life is very very poor
