I have never been able to sign in to www.mynevo.com

Every time I fill in the username and passwors, it says I either have the wrong username or password.

I have clicked on the forgotten password link and have been sent my password to my email address.

Even with this, I still cannot sign in.

When I first installed nevo studio, I registered as a consumer rather than an installer.

Is this the problem?

If so, can it be rectified?

Most of the time when this happpens, it is due to something on your computer blocking access to mynevo.com Check your firewall, virus software, etc.
