I'm sure I'm being stupid here but I can't find a way of importing device codes from a different NevoSL configuration file. I have downloaded a complete NevoSL configuration file from the 'Files' section of this site. It seems to contain the X10 codes I require but I can't work out how to transfer just the device command codes into my config.

The original X10 command set from the 'Add Device' Wizard does not contain the code I require.

If I understand it well, I think I have the solution. Copy the page from the config (project) file you downloaded and paste it in the desired project file. You will see that the device is included in your device list. Then you can work with it. But indeed there should be an easier way.

Ponkie, you pretty much nailed that one on the head. That's pretty mucht he easiest way to do it.

Thanks Ponkie. That worked and I can now use X10 control for the first time. Wahey.

What a clunky method though. I had to remove all but one of the other configs devices before pasting into my config. Then, having gained access to the correct device code and having used it on one of my own pages, I had to remove the alien page that had previously been pasted in.
