At Nevo school they mentioned in passing that a Nevo could access an Ipod that was connected to the pc. Has anyone tried this? What kind of results and control do you have?

i'm sure you are refering to accessing the ipod info via wifi and i have never tried that, HOWEVER i do have a Yamaha Ipod dock that goes with my reciever. i simply learned the few commands that were available from the yamaha remote. it odbviously lacks any kind of a scroll wheel, and even worse i have yet to find page up/down commands as the yamaha remote didnt have them, and needless to say it is painstaking going through 8 gigs of music one artist at a time. lets just say ZZ Top but get as much play as it used to! lol

If the iPod is connected to the pc and you can bowse via Windows Explorer to the ipod storage, you should be able to have Nevo media manager look at those folders. I don't know that much about the Ipod but the songs would need to me in mp3, I believe. Not AAC.
