Just got my Nevo last week, so yesterday was my first opportunity to play. I loaded the Studio from the CD, and then updated it to version 2.0. I then registered as an 'Installer', believing this will give me access to more material at the Nevo site. However, when I go to mynevo.com, I only see a 'Dealer' login.
Does an 'Installer' login exist, or do both Installers and Dealers login via the 'Dealer Login'?
Thanks in advance,
David, London UK

Both via Dealer Login????
Well that doesn't work for me unfortunately. It's also not possible for me to use the "online resources" link from the NEVOstudio software for me!! Ithink this the same authorisation problem
Is there anyone who is NOT a dealer and how IS able to login to the MyNevo website (to retrieve any extras)??? Please let me know HOW you did it.
I purchased it 18 novenmber 2006, perhaps after a certain register date it's not possible anymore to enter for end users??
Thanks in advance

So, to clarify for those that do not know...
1. At first setup, you have a choice to signup as 'Installer' or 'end-user'? 2. Installers get more content for download then end-users? 3. There is no problem with signing up as an 'Installer'?

I have the same problem. I have never logged in to any thing on mynevo.com as it won't let me. Is there anything to gain by doing so anyway?

I'm having similiar issues? I've reinstalled the software multiple times and it still won't connect from the NevoStudio software. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I often find a security app on your system is blocking their web site. Check your Norton or firewall apps to see if you have to give it permission to go to mynevo.com
