Nevo know about this issue. They have told me a patch will be availabe soon to limit the time that the volume up button can send signal for. Also I have found with mine that by pressing the button a second time stops the command.

UEI has been aware of this problem for at least 4 months now. Stuck volume up is a serious issue and a fix is long overdue!! All hard buttons exhibit this same problem. I have tried delays before and/or after this IR command and still have the same problem. I use IR only so the issue is not related to WiFi. Version 1.01 did not exibit the problem however there seems to be no way to roll back to earlier firmware.
