Can anyone suggest a document (webpage?) that explains how to use Media Zones when programming the remote?
I have begun to program my own activity based menus and would like to get a better understanding of Media Zones before I get too far.

If you log into the dealer section of mynevo.com, you can access all kinds of stuff there like user guides, recorded training modules, etc.
Go there and you should be able to get a good start.
