Hi everybody.
I am very new to the Nevo SL. I bought an used Nevo SL because it seems enough for what I need to do. I have configured all my IR needs and got it working fine but there is still one thing I can't understand: Does the SL send TCP/IP commands like the Pronto does? I have been messing with the TCP/IP configuration of the SL but it seems that it's only purpose is to communicate with the Nevo link. Is this true?
Is there any way I can send an IP command with the SL?
Thanks.

Hi,
Sorry, the SL cannot do this.
Only the S70 can do this.
There may be a IR to IP device that could work but none that I am aware of..

Hi.
Thanks for the reply.
The SL connects to the Nevo Link through wifi, right? So, is there any way to 'fake' a Nevo Link with software?

No. Sorry.
The SL and NevoStudio are 6+ years old. The software and hardware were UEI's first custom product so not much was really available. They were leaders in some areas (like UPnP control) but lacked in others (like IP control).
Some have tried but with no success.
If you really want IP then you will need a S70.
