I have a customer who has a configuration with 4 Nevo remotes in one file. Unfortunately the shop who did the configuration for him originally is kaput. Is there a way to upload the original configuration file from the 4 remotes? (There were a total of 4 remotes in the original job file, which I dont have).
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

you can upload the files from the remotes.
Click on File
then Restore Configuration from Nevo
then you give the restored file a name and save it to a location.
repeat for all 4 remotes.
then you will need to import the configurations into the same file. you might have to rebuild some things. i havent done this with a multiremote configuration yet.
