I have a hodgepodge of components some old, some older and one new Sony ; ).
I wonder if anyone knows of discrete codes for any or all this equipment?
I searched for Discrete codes and no files showed up.
Search showed asked and answered threads on certain products only.

Ken,

You don't need exact models for pioneer or sony to get the discretes and they pretty much all have them. They should all be in the remotes database.... uh.. which remote do you have?

remote-----------really important
Manuals?! We don't need no stinking manuals! a.. er..

Here is what I have
How do I find the database is it on this site. I did not see it in the data in the MX-3000 programming software database. I thought for sure it would be in the MX-3000 database since some of the components were in the IR files.

Thanks,
Ken

I think I see now. I went in to MX-3000 to program aliases and low and behold I see separate on and off selections for some equipment. When I selected the device IR database they do not show up and that was where I was confused LOL. Others do not have them however. I sure hope the remote codes yield something on the ones that are missing.
