I've got some clients who want an ultra simple learning remote control that has no bells and whistles, no flashing lights, no LCD- none of that. Just something with small with a few buttons that will let me do the basics- +/-/>, up/down, pwr. That's really it. 10 buttons or less. Great idea, but who makes one? Any ideas? Does such an animal really exist anymore?

Best I can think of is the Weemote DV. Simple learning remote, small, 9 buttons. But it might not have the mix of keys you're looking for. I've seen other small learning remotes, but they're not sold retail (just promotional items from companies such as UEI).
This post would do better in the general Universal Remotes forum.
