Why must some of our customers attempt to use every feature on their VCR's, but then complain about how complicated it all is? And why are so many folks obcessed with the timer record?

Seriously, how do you tell someone - in a nice way - that this time you will have to charge them for the well prepared, well structured "Timer Record Lesson"?

I remeber when I was taking some things in for repair that I would talk with the workers at the shop. They would have stories on how people would forget to plug in the units and they would bring in the units for repair because they weren't working at all.

Is that still done with some people? They forget to plug in the unit.
