This is a serious survey (but as always, feel free to trash it!).

As some of you know, I operate an Italian full service restaurant. Recently I have noticed that our beverage prices seem to be under the market prices of other restaurants, and perhaps I am missing out on an opportunity to generate additional revenue.

We charge $1.00 for ice tea and $1.25 for sodas (both with free refills).
A 12 oz mug of beer (Bud, Bud light, Michelob, etc.) is $1.75 and a pitcher is $6.25.
Bottled beer is $2.00.

What do you pay at your favorite restaurant for beverages?

a) iced tea
b) soft drinks
c) 12 oz. draft beer mug
d) draft beer pitcher
e) bottled beer
f) other

Since many of you live all over the U.S. and the globe, I am interested in your responses.

Thanks, Ken

I got this from the web site for my restraunt. Well I work at it.....

Special House Blend
Freshly Brewed Coffee $1.25
Selection of Herbal Teas 1.25
International Coffees 4.25
Espresso 2.50
Cappuccino 3.00
Soft Drinks 1.50

Free refills on coffee and ice tea. Everything else is price for each time. A glass of soda, is about 8 oz or 12. Never really measured it.

We also have a full bar. basicaly prices for that are too many for me to keep in mind. However, for a pint of beer is $3.00 I beleive. As for wine, well Im not too sure. If you want the next time that I go to work I could bring a copy of the wine list home.

But please understand this. This restraunt is owned and operated by Foxwoods. So prices will be higher than that of local places.

Like for instance the bar that I do, nearly every night. They sell a pint of soda for $2.50 With I believe to be free refills. Not sure though. Because they do give it to me. Since I go there alot and tip alot as well. Like a shot of snake bite is $4.50 and is supposed to be placed in a shot glass. Well they pour it into a snifer glass just over half full.

With that said I want to go out right now. But I have very little brakes. So Im not taken the chance. UGH.
