I have a dish network dvr remote, about 3 years old, where you have to press the buttons very hard to get it to do anything. It's always been like this. Any suggestions on solutions, either with replacement of oem or aftermarket? Or solutions to the existing equipment? Thanks!

yes, get one of those hand squeezers to build up your hand strength, girly.
you're welcome.
(haha jk of course)
actually you could take it apart and clean the contacts underneath the buttons with rubbing alcohol or something of the like, finger grime builds up on the contacts.
good luck.
