I am looking for a program where I can superimpose text over a running program or game whenever my computer is running.

Thanks for any help

I think he's wondering quite why you would want to do such a thing.

Off the top of my head I can't think of anything, neither could I find anything with a brief Google. I think you'll need to have a go for yourself.

Yeah sorry. I was sort of intrigued why you would want that and what type of program it would be running over.

I think you need more details. What kind of text?..... I know of systems that can compile different sources (i.e. for example a news ticker and an A/V source)

What I am looking for is a program that will will run on startup and flash any message of my choice, whenever I am using my computer. It probably would not make sense to most but I have a reason.

Thanks
Mike

Looks to be a screen capture editing tool, whereas the original request was for something to superimpose text over a running program.
