I did all I can do to try to connect to the network, but this player will not connect. I even downloaded latest firmware. I called the Samsung helpline and I got a girl who I think was the secretary trying to give me tips. I think I will return it and get another one. I wanted something that could play Netflix here in Canada and I think it is the only player here to do so. Anybody else have trouble or have solutions??

I have the same unit and have connected it with no problem, even sold a few and haven't had any problems getting it online. Maybe giving some more details other than, "I did all I can do", will help us with some trouble shooting.

I found out the my Mac Address had a filter on it. Once removed the unit connected alright. Sometimes though it disconnects and i have to reconnect it.

Wired or wireless? Wireless I suppose. Try disabling security and see if it works. Could be there your problem lies.
