I did a search, and I came up with no hits on this request.

I do have the original IR remote.  And I have attempted to learn all the buttons I need.  I was mostly successful, but the power button learns as a very long (like 5 pages long) of hex.  My proto software says "ir code learned successfully).  But when I test it, then I get an error reported that the code is not recognized by pronto.

I attempt to learn it again, and eventually, I get it to "work", yet when I attempt to use it to turn the device on and off (it's a toggle) it just plain won't work at all.

I'm still learning more about how this works, I'm not sure what the difference is between RC5 and RG6 and RC MM is, or even RAW learn.

Any suggestions?

I was finialy able to get my unit to read and learn the codes correctly.
