Finally got around to resolving this over the weekend. It appears that the issue is that someone let the TV spin around in a circle several times. Every cable coming into the mounting pole was twisted up like fusilli. There are only two ways that this could have happened.

#1.Someone got through our passcoded installer menu for the Trak-kit and pressed the wrong button.

#2.Trak-kit lost power and forgot its settings. No on-board memory so when power goes out all bets are off. Someone has to carefully move the TV into place and store settings. The default presets will spin the TV into the wall or move it the wrong direction. We have Trak-kit wired to a UPS/Generator but anything is possible.

Originally we had 3 Cat5's, an HDMI and an extension cord (how the TV is powered) in the igus cable track. I decided to eliminate the Cat5's since TV's are controlled via CEC. I also decided to just replace the HDMI and extension cord both even though the extension cord looks fine. This way we have less in the pipe so cables can move more freely and we are starting fresh with two new cables.

It turns out that a 35' cable is all we needed. We had one leftover in the control room that we used.

I went with a new HDMI cable over extenders for several reasons. #1 i dont have to worry about it locking up or causing issues like i might with extender products. #2 its an inexpensive fix that we know works. #3 I think its safe based on our findings...as long as no one spins it around in circles.

So far so good...

Sadly the fiber connector for the other/working TV (gym has two TV's) got damaged while fishing the new HDMI and power cable. So now the Right TV is working!!! but the Left TV is on the punchlist until i get some fiber connectors shipped :).
