Ok, what's the secret? Got it downloaded, can't upload my 980. I haven't tried any other remote.

Help!
why have a nice system if you cant operate it, program the remote the right way the FIRST time!

That is one thing that drives me nuts with URC. Cant they test anything far enough in advance. Windows 8.1 update came out and there were multiple problems with CC and TC for a bit before they could get it worked out. I guess their software engineers are in catchup mode and not proactive mode. Just like their ir database, seems like only one or two people work on it since it is riddled with so many bugs and bad layouts.

Not to mention the frequent crashes using CCP. Am I the only one? I sometimes get 3-4 crashes programming just a single RF MX-890.

Never crashes for me, but I use an OLD XP machine as my programming computer. I do have Win8 at home that I use to program from home from time to time though and no issues.
