No, I haven't. As long as I keep the message short it is USUALLY ok (I like to write treatises so that is difficult for me). My upload speed consistently tests OK at around a 100K and at this point I really don't know what is causing the problem.

I discovered what has been causing the problem. My IP address is 108.109.106.2. Sheik somehow got a hold of the IP address 2.601.901.801. By continuosuly pinging Remote Centrals site from the exact equal and opposite IP address as mine, he is effectively cancelling out my ability to post.

BTW, I must have ponged when I should have pinged as I seem to have pinged myself:
QQQ's phantom phenomenon happened just as I was posting this.
