Hi,
A friend would sell me his Tsu 9600.
But it still has the “old” scroll whell.
Is it worth taking or not?
Are there significant technical differences between the two scroll wheels?
Are also in the other functions/handling, ...
differences ?

Best regards,
Fischi

No real differences except that the older wheel does not move as smoothly as the new one. From a programmatic standpoint, I find that spinning the newer wheel does not emit as many move events as the older one did as it is mechanical vs the older one which is optical.

However, if you are not programming for the scroll wheel then it won't really make that much difference.

If it were me, I'd borrow the remote, load up my config, and try it out.
