Hi,
I have 5 Pronto TSU‘s.
One of these - a 9400 has been defective since today.
I can‘t send IR anmore and the WIFI is also out of function (red X).
I id a FW repair but with no success.

What went wrong ?

Thanks Lyndel, it's lucky that I still have the other TSU's, which are all like new, as well as two 9800 in its original packaging.
Pronto is the best I've ever seen !!!

WiFi is back, I‘ve restarted my Netgear DD-WRT Router.
But IR doesn‘t work anymore, although the spinner in the display runs if I try to send IR.

use a smartphone camera to check the IR xmit. Also do a complete firmware reload if you have not done so already.
