Hey Mark,

Not sure you need SQLServer2008. I thought the DB was SQLite3.

I sent you a link via RC Mail. Check it out.

Could be some weird quirk.

The DLLs are what are used. I would install it to the WOW folder which is Windows on Windows in a SQLite3 or try and find the exe sqlite3 on your system after installing PEP.

Note that these are the executables from that zip allow you to run/browse the database. The sqlite3 exe should already be on your system if PEP allowed it to install. Anything in the Windows Event Log when you try to start the database service?

One thing I was looking @ from the source code for the PEP2 installer is that it installs dotnetfx.exe version 2.0 from MS.

Not sure if when PEP installed that could be installed. It also installds VC71 RT and MFC71 RT along with STL71 RT (RT is runtime). In addition to this, it installs Visual CPP Restributables for 8 and 8.1.

I'm off on Monday but if you have zoom and would like to hop on a screen share sometime on Saturday (early Sunday for you), I'd be happy to try and offer some input.
