Hi Kevin82 No. My application is built in a way that the menus of the assigned FIRM buttons will pop-up from the bottom.
Hi Lyndel The documentation is in progress and I am confident that I will be finished by the end of this week. It will definitely cover the topic in question. I will post the doc on my homepage. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me, right away.

Nice tool!
Could you make it so this will also work for soft buttons ?
For example: currently I have 3 soft buttons for Lighting. Taking up a lot of space on my screen. I could limit this to one button, using a popup functionality.
Giving up a hard button is a though choice, since these are almost always used for REW, FFW, Play, stop, pauze.

I agree that giving up hard buttons will be hard. Can I assign part of the 5 hard buttons for the pop up menu? Or is it an all buttons or none thing?

I think the instructions linked above indicate that it is possible to use traditional hard buttons in conjunction with the pop up menus. Please confirm.
Also, the instructions indicate PEP 2. Will it work with PEP 1?

He will have to supply a PEP1 version. I suspect he developed in PEP2 but there is no reason this could not run in PEP1. Suggestion for improvement in appearance where multiple columns are displayed for a single menu. If you know you have multiple columns on a single menu, display a common background. It looks like for each column, you are using a single background image and not designing images that support more than one column.

I would love to be able to use this, but I can afford to give up the firm buttons like another poster said. play, pause, stop,FF & RW are used way too often in my house with the DVR's to make this practical.
I too would love and happily pay for a soft button version

Hello everyone I would like to give you an update about my newest developments and give you a 360 degree reply to all of your postings (Your wish is my command...;-). The newest version 1.2 contains following new features (update from 1.0):
1) I have changed the spaces in between the softbuttons for more convenient use
2) I have added colour for the caption of your soft buttons (you will find the colour's match those those you are used to (red, green, yellow, blue and white) and will give you the perfect look and feel of your satellite receiver commands.
3) Since my audience is growing and my software is reaching new shores I have decided to change some of the English commands into symbols that are universally understandable (Don't worry you'll get the hang of it rather quickly..;-).
4) I have eliminated some small bugs that I have discovered as I went and have haunted me ever since...
5) I have changed the use of the hard and soft buttons so that they can be used independently or in combination. So for those of you that have already gotten used to function underlying your hard buttons you can use these 5 additional soft buttons for your convenience.
6) Please note that my script only supports PEP2. I could do a PEP1-version on special demand, but would have to ask you to pay for it.
I have also decided to give a free-give-away update to my existing customers. You don't have to worship me now, that's that kind of fellow that I am...;-). For those among you that can not restrain themselves from sending me heaps of money, I won't be offended (my paypal account matches my e-mail account) Please note that the new versions will become availabe in the beginning of August.

I like your pop-up menu and would purchase if it supported PEP1. You mention in your post that it could be done on demand. How much would that version be?

It is a shame that you cannot copy button colors using ProntoScript, if you could do this, then you'd be able to make the entire button in the onscreen menu look like those in your resource/template pages.
I'm hoping Philips extends this capability beyond panels.
