I was wanting to know if anyone is using an MX980 with a Russound Cav6.6 and some accessories? If so, I really would like to know what type of things you can do with it? I am trying to get some pre setup stuff done ready for my CI. He has not used it with any Russound equipment yet and I was just helping him out. Thanks.

There's no end to what you can do with the CAV6.6 and the MX-980/MSC-400 combo:
1. IF you ran, or can run, an extra cat5 to the keypad locations....
2. IF your installer really knows his stuff with regards URC.

He says we can run an extra cable. He knows his stuff with URC just not Russound.
