Current Remote - Harmony Elite

Current AV - Sony 4K XBR-55X930E, Sony 4K UBPX-800 Blu-Ray Player, Sony HT-ST 5000 Sound Bar, DirecTV Genie 2 DVR Genie Server Receiver (HS17)

Up until our recent all Sony AV purchase the Harmony Elite has been the best. Integrating the multitude of Sony commands from their highly detailed OEM remotes has baffled me. I must admit the task is beyond my Elite on-line programing skills.

My first big question is how can I determine where the Sony commands are mapped to the Elite? Obviously, there is no way to change the Elite's button titles so it is quite hap hazard. Suggestions please!

Is there a business that can program my Harmony Elite for each of my Sony and
DirecTV components? Should I be in the market for a higher level Professional Remote that is professionally programed/ I would be very interested in a conversation.
