If you have used the Hex Codes I posted and Linked in Post 3 they are actually the Toggle T=1 Codes genarated with MakeHex.
I have updated the Hex Codes in this Link to include the T=0 and T=1 Codes.

I am trying to set up controls for an xbox. Thanks for the info on the toggle bit commands. The other codes posted in the IR library and this post do not work. They seem to work for a while then get reversed. Can you explain a touch more about the bit commands? They do not reverse every time, not sure what triggers the reversal. With the 2 commands, what do you do with these? Do you set up a button toggle to switch each command? Doesn't make sense to me since the codes do not reverse each time. Thanks.
