Exactly what the title says. The response to standard commands like volume is sluggish and unresponsive. It doesnt seem to be IR adjustment because the codes dont even seem to be reaching the processor 1/2 of the time.

I tried the firmware but it wouldnt let me update. It said I needed to follow the rules on screen....I was. Off-USB-OK hold-ON-5 seconds-next-

Any ideas?
