The training and the documentation do not support any type of troubleshooting methodologies or guidance on how the units speak to each other. In fact they speak only to the most simplistic set-up. The tech should be very straight forward. These things don't come with much documentation on how they work so even if you do have the basic network Technology back ground it is hard to apply to a quasi network based technology. That is what is so frustrating here.
If I knew more about what these the modules and the software was doing or trying to do it would be easier for a first time Nevo installer to troubleshoot themselves.
