The above is not that hard to get going. It sounds harder that it actualy is.

The above is simply to prove where the fault is.

It could be as simple as a tickbox or much harder.

On a side note (not directed at you in any way IHT4ME).
I would never recomend ANY network product to someone that did not have the ability to do basic networking. I would consider the above instructions to fall withing a basic understanding. It shouldn't take no more than 30min to get the above setup running. Seting up a firewall (in a donestic environment) is usually already done my the manufacturer. If a dealer was tapping into the customers network then he/she needs to be prepaired to own/support that network.
