Just started getting C2's and C3's in. I like the remotes. I abhor the software. It's almost as bad as Harm'mes.

I really don't see why since it's a "CI only" product they couldn't have put an option in studio pro or a similar type software to program them. The software is online only, sluggish and terrible. You can't even use your nevo library where you have stored all your learned discrete codes.

Every remote requires a unique email address and requires the consumer to activate their account. If they fail to do that 3 days later when you try to reprogram or tweak the remote you're dead ended.

I really can't state enough how much I detest the software or how much my sphincter will tighten every time I see one under me on the schedule to program.

That being said I think the remotes are very customer friendly and feel like they are built really well.
One thing I have learned in this industry. It is easier to pull a wire than it is to push one.
