I'm not sure Lutron has a stop command available for RTI. Stop usually happens when you release raise or lower on a Lutron keypad. I dont think its possible to do with a touchscreen button on a T4.

Wait and see if someone else knows how to do what your asking.

While you wait.. have you thought about adding percentage presets (set dimmer) like High (100%)/ Medium(66%)/ Low(33%) ? This would allow you to stop at points between On (100%) and 0% (Off).

You could also create scene macros to set all of the lights @ specific levels for things like Home, Away, Bed Time, Party, Movie Time etc.
