I know this is a stretch.....but: Is there any way to use an Optical OUT or an IR Repeater with a Nevo sensor?

I'd like to shorten the delay for input changes on a couple Pioneer Kuros. On power up, their command input delay is quite long, so it's obviously annoying to have that long a delay when the TV is already on.

As has been discussed a lot around here, neither the Voltage nor Video sensing module is directly applicable. And the "Xantech solution" seems like a lot of equipment and expense just to detect power status. As far as I can tell, the IR Repeater and Optical OUT are the only jacks that output anything (aside from speaker connectors) on these TVs.

Like I said, I know it's a stretch, but worth asking just in case anyone's figured a way to use these.....
