The Escient MX series should be supported as is the AVX series. If you are getting a connection failed message I would suspect a setup issue or possibly a network problem. Remember that the IP address in the Fireball must be static IP to be used in the pronto properties. Otherwise use the host name you gave to your fireball at setup and the fireball can remain DHCP.
