Oy.... why would you return it to PayPal...they've got nothing to do with it. Listen carefully man. You said in the post above that the remote has not arrived, right? Don't even think about opening that package to see if you will magically be able to program it.
RETURN TO SENDER while the postal carrier is still there. Tell him you have know idea what it is or who the package is from if he questions you.
If they don't issue a refund less shipping (to me this is fair), dispute with your credit card. Done deal. It will take about 2 billing cycles to work it out but I know how this stuff works. I've run a few internet storefronts and know the process in and out from both angles.
