way to build a loyal customer base! I sure am glad I
found these threads BEFORE I bought a URC product.
Certainly I wouldn't let this factor ALONE dictate your choice of what to buy. The updateable software is readily available. You can find lots of people on the Internet who'd be willing to give it to you. You can also easily talk URC into giving it to you.
