I called the company that makes this product and actually talked to someone. From what I was told, customizeable means fully programmable. The entire programming interface is drag-and-drop, even creating macros is drag-and-drop! Another thing that I can't wait to see is this 'add device wizard'. It is supposed to create all of the buttons for you and eveything in just a few seconds. After that, you can customize the screens to anything you want. You can get IR codes from online or there are IR codes built into the software. I guess I won't have to learn all those new remote codes anymore or wait for someone to post them. I'll just have to look online at the nevo website to get them. What a time saver that will be! Also, the software supports all types of image formats, meaning that I can use all of the graphics that I have been using on the pronto remotes. If this works as good as the guy I talked to tells me, we have a Pronto killer on our hands.
